RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are located in Norway or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
– The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
All garments and many of our products are made to order, produced specifically for each customer to reduce overproduction and waste.
Because of this:
– We do not offer size exchanges
– Returns due to size or fit are accepted, but return shipping costs are covered by the customer
– A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
– Used, washed, or damaged items
– Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please include your order number and a short description of the reason for return. You will receive return instructions by email.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
